Begin your interior pilgrimage

The only formation program that brings together Catholic Inner Child Work and Somatic Work into a structured three-part journey.

We are here to help you help trauma patterns, reconnect with your body and God, and live from your Spirit-led adult self.

Because you were made to become like a child and experience a kind of wholeness that makes you come alive.

A Catholic Approach to Interior Integration

The Interior Pilgrimage is rooted in Brya Hanan's Spirit-led Inner Child Work model—a Catholic approach to human and spiritual formation that helps individuals understand and integrate their interior world in the light of Christ.

Grounded in Catholic anthropology and the Church's understanding of the human person as created in the image and likeness of God (Imago Dei), this approach invites participants to prayerfully explore the different dimensions of their interior life with honesty, compassion, and hope.

Rather than treating the self as the ultimate authority, every aspect of the journey is oriented toward Christ. Healing unfolds through prayer, grace, the sacraments, sound psychological principles, and the gentle guidance of the Holy Spirit, who gradually restores greater unity within the person.

As participants come to understand the ways wounds, protective patterns, and God-given capacities have shaped their lives, they become increasingly free to live from their deepest identity as beloved sons and daughters of God.

Our hope is not simply self-understanding. Our hope is an undivided heart—one that is increasingly integrated, transformed by grace, and united with the God who is One.

What you’ll receive:

The Interior Pilgrimage

Our Interior Pilgrimage is a five-month journey of accompaniment toward greater healing, integration, and communion with God.

Many of us long to love God wholeheartedly, yet discover that old wounds, fears, protective patterns, and competing desires continue to shape the way we relate to God, ourselves, and others. Rather than striving to become someone new, this pilgrimage invites you to discover the person God has been lovingly forming all along.

Through guided accompaniment, prayer, reflection, and practical formation, you will learn to understand your interior world with greater compassion, recognize the different ways your heart has learned to survive, and gradually bring every part of yourself beneath the loving lordship of Christ.

Your pilgrimage includes twelve formation modules, ten one-on-one accompaniment sessions, guided meditative prayer, intentional practices between sessions, and reflective exercises designed to help you continue encountering God throughout your daily life.

Throughout the journey, a trained Integrative Catholic Coach walks alongside you—not to fix you, but to accompany you as you listen more deeply to God's movement within your story and grow in the freedom to live from your deepest identity as His beloved son or daughter.

The Five A Process™

The Five A Process™ provides a practical framework for cultivating greater interior freedom and integration.

Anchor
Learn to regulate your body, cultivate safety, and develop the secure foundation necessary to receive love and remain present with God, yourself, and others.

Acknowledge
Compassionately notice and name your emotions, body sensations, core beliefs, wounds, protective patterns, and the different dimensions of your interior life.

Attune
Practice responding to yourself with the same compassion, truth, and tenderness that Christ offers, allowing every part of your story to be seen and loved.

Ask
Grow in holy curiosity as you prayerfully discern what your interior experiences reveal about your deepest longings, fears, needs, and God's invitations.

Act
Respond with freedom by practicing virtue, receiving the gifts of the Holy Spirit, meeting authentic needs in healthy ways, and living more fully from your identity in Christ.

Healing is not the destination. Communion is.

As your interior world becomes more integrated, you become increasingly free to love with an undivided heart and to live more fully as the person God created you to be.
